Fellow Ezers, we are back with Season 2. In the first episode of Season 2, our host, Altimese Nicole, and guest Tanya Turner discuss the importance of mentorship and the power of connection.
Tanya, a progressive HR professional with over 25 years of experience, shares her journey and how she mentored Altimese when she was just starting out in corporate America. The two friends also reflect on their own powerful connection and how it led to their meeting. Tanya Turner is the Director of Human Resources for Salto Systems, Inc., reporting to the President, North America. In this capacity, she provides strategic and executive leadership across all HR disciplines within the North America Business Unit.
The conversation touches on various topics related to professional development, including career change, overcoming challenges, living out faith in the workplace, courageous conversations, conflict resolution, self-awareness, accountability, and maturity in relationships. They also talk about the importance of embracing wholeness and healing trauma responses.
