Description

The art of accompanying someone in their grieving
process is an act of deep love and empathy. In this episode of *Transforming Grief*, we explore how we can be present for those who are suffering a loss, not only with our physical presence, but also by offering authentic and compassionate emotional support. Accompanying is not trying to heal the other's pain, but rather being there, with an open heart, willing to listen beyond words, recognizing and respecting the emotions of the person who is grieving. Empathy and compassion become fundamental pillars to witness the pain without
trying to divert it.
