Here is a bit of what the book has for its readers. Life is not easy and sometimes having a guide helps make the difficult times a little bit easier to decipher and get through.

The Formula was created to help with the day-to-day chaos. The 16 Lessons are a small, condensed version of what he has learned throughout life. This book helps you make sense of the things that sometimes don't make sense sometimes.
(14:55s) The first seven years are the most important years or life. These are the years that are spent teaching you the #fundamentals and foundation in life. This is not a religious guide it is a #spiritual #mindset that can be taken on by anyone. You don't have to be a part of a #religion to practice these 16 #life #lessons.
You must always be seeking knowledge; love each other unconditionally how do you apply this to your life. When you gain knowledge on something the best thing you can do is #practice passing the knowledge on to the next person helping prepare them for their #journey.
These lessons when applied is used to be your wise elder in your life. These lessons when applied in life has been done with discipline. This book helps you use the lessons to be disciplined and fearless. So fearless you cannot allow fear of failure to get in the way of what you want to accomplish in your life.
You must pay #attention to helping others the most #important part of paying it #forward in life. Make note when you feel you are missing something and force yourself into a situation. Could be the reason why you should not be outside. If you keep trying to get somewhere and cannot; it is meant for you not to go, you are supposed to be there. The universe will help guide you away from it.
