• "Our children's ministry isn't growing!" 
• "I can't find a children's ministry leader!"
• "I can't find any children's ministry volunteers!"
• "My wife is sick and tired of doing children's ministry, but I don't have anyone else to help!"
• "We don't have any children coming to our church plant!"
• "I don't even know how to start a children's ministry!"
