Jurisdiction is NOT a specific place but more of an arena of competence.
Even though it may be that at specific times there might be a geographical location that you May thrive in more than others, it is totally dependent on: “Understanding the Times & the Seasons and Knowing what Israel ought to do” (1 Chronicles 12:32)
