Exodus 4:19-20
19 Now the Lord said to Moses in Midian, “Go, return to Egypt; for all the men who sought your life are dead.”
20 Then Moses took his wife and his sons and set them on a donkey, and he returned to the land of Egypt. And Moses took the rod of God in his hand.
Two VERY Key things to note:
-1. Those who sought your LIFE ARE DEAD!
-Any Failure, Mistake, Oppressor, Enemy to your progress in life HAS BEEN ELIMINATED, your not so great history is now irrelevant!
-What I find amusing is that this is NOT the FIRST thing God told Moses, He revealed this AFTER Moses BELIEVED the PROPHETIC WORD and began to ACT on the PROCEEDING WORD!
- 2. Moses took the ROD OF GOD in HIS HAND!
Even though it is THE ROD OF GOD, meaning it’s SOURCE of POWER is God, it can ONLY PRODUCE POWER in HIS HAND!
