The discussion about generational curses among believers has become a conversation that has literally overshadowed the VERY REASON one became a believer in the first place and has unfortunately placed our ancestors above Christ and in some instances even replaced the devil.
Many believers still have the idea of “Generational Curses” hanging over their heads and are in bondage to this irrational fear that EVEN THE CROSS has no power to deal with this, unless they carry out some “PENANCE” that range from:
Prayer & Fasting, Sacrificial Giving, all manner of destroying of artifacts all the way to all sorts of bizarre activities in the name of “DELIVERANCE”
Today we want to tackle this topic by first acknowledging the following:
-Do Curses exist?
Yes they do.
-Can believers operate with a curse?
Yes they can.
-Did the cross deliver EVERY BELIEVER FROM EVERY CURSE?
YES IT DID!
So how come believers still experience curses?
The concept of generational curses has been taught in error, misleading many believers and trapping them in fear. This distorted belief has overshadowed the true power of the cross and kept people bound in unnecessary rituals.
