We do not want to lose track of which scripture we were responding to that led us to enquiring about WHAT and WHERE the KINGDOM OF GOD is:
Luke 12:31
“Seek first the kingdom of God and his righteousness; and all these things will be added unto you”
It is also important to note that Jesus WAS NOT saying to the Pharisees at that point that THEY were functioning from a POSITION where THE KINGDOM OF GOD was functioning within them whereas He was explaining WHERE the KINGDOM OF GOD is to be FOUND.
So far we have established:
1. WHERE THE KINDOM IS
Within US in our SOUL
2. WHAT THE KINGDOM IS:
- KINGDOM: “Basilieia”
This term consists of 4 terms that are supposed to be found within you:
1. Power (δύναμις - dynamis):
This refers to the inherent strength or ability to act, often associated with miraculous or supernatural power.
2. Authority (ἐξουσία - exousia):
This denotes the right or delegated power to act or make decisions.
3. Dominion (κυριότης - kyriotēs):
This signifies sovereignty, control, or mastery over a domain, authority and control exercised over a realm or jurisdiction
4. Rule (ἀρχή - archē):
Setting the rules, this represents the orderly governance and administration of God's kingdom, reflecting his divine will and purpose.
This brings us to very important understanding:
THE KINGDOM IS THE “GOVERNING INFLUENCE OF HEAVEN ON EARTH!”
And therefore:
THE KINGDOM OF GOD CAN ONLY BE EXECUTED & EXTENDED BY MAN!
This is what we MUST SEEK FIRST (As a priority)
