Jim Fields was born and raised in Silicon Valley, California.
In 2009., after years of studying Mandarin Chinese, he moved to Beijing, China. There, he spent time making corporate videos and futuristic product demos for several major brands including Nokia and Reckitt Benckiser.
In 2016., Jim started his first company, relay.video, helping Chinese companies create corporate videos to launch their products and services on the global stage. In this role he has created corporate videos for Chinese internet giants like PinDuoDuo, Meituan, and Popmart.
In 2021., he founded his second company, relay.club – an internet SAAS company connecting Asian brands with global influencers on Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram. Relay.club has just completed participation in batch 6 of Accelerating Asia, a prestigious accelerator program based in Singapore, and he will continue growing relay.club in 2022 and beyond.
