Klaus (水生) is Trainer, NLP Practitioner, Certified Organizational Coach (IECL) and PCC (Professional Certified Coach) by ICF and has been living in Shanghai, China for more than 17 years now.
He's charismatic, funny, compassionate, kind, empathetic, wise and so much more!

Klaus believes in life-long learning and being accountable for self and one’s environment in one’s life. He conducts trainings on communication skills, cross-cultural communication, presentations skills and team building. His seminars provide high-impact, relevant and specific content that give practical tools to the individuals developing confidence and skill. For corporate training, his knowledge is very beneficial in enhancing cooperation between China and Western countries.
His method of coaching is to stimulate the thought process of individuals to work coherently in one’s life, organization and environment toward setting a clear goal and right priorities for moving from A to B.
