Luba Diasamidze, PhD has lived in China for the past 12 years.
She is a certified executive and team coach and a professional certified coach (PCC) with ICF.
In 2018 she transitioned to full-time coaching after almost 15 years in educational management, and started her coaching company in China.
Since then her clients have come from a broad range of industries – education, consulting, supply chain, pharmaceutical and biotech, IT, manufacturing, automotive, GameDev, retail, etc.
She works with multicultural teams and their leaders to help them improve team performance, relationships and engagement.
Luba is also a coach educator, training others to become professional coaches.
She's a regular speaker at events and conferences, including ICF Converge 2021.
