Join me for today’s meditation where we will practice with just being still and giving ourselves permission to do so.
When I first started meditation a few years ago, I used to get anxiety, complete with my skin feeling like it was crawling and itchy. I was able to practice using short moments of stillness and giving myself permission to just be still and do nothing.
I scheduled time for myself to sit and do nothing but breathe for a few minutes each day and then worked myself up to longer times from there.
