Before Sunday, find yourself a journal you will enjoy working in. Grab your favorite pen and beverage.
I usually enjoy a nice cup of tea while I work on my journal. You can sketch, doodle, or write in your journal.
This week's prompts are
How do you feel about setting up the time to spend with yourself?
How do you feel after your first week of meditation?
Do you notice anything different about yourself?
There are no wrong or right answers. Your journal is just for you to see, so you may answer in any way you like, however you like. You may even choose to not journal at all if you aren't ready for this step yet.
You can answer these questions daily if you like or you can think about them during the week and journal about them after you have completed your 7th day of meditation.
The nice thing about journaling is as you progress in your daily practice, you can look back and see how far you have come.
