If you want to participate in journaling either after you finish today's meditation, or before you begin tomorrow's, grab your favorite beverage, put on your favorite music, and use the following journaling prompts to reflect on your first week of daily practice.
How do you feel about setting up a time to spend with yourself?
How do you feel after your first week of meditation? Do you notice anything different about yourself?
There are no wrong or right answers. Your journal is just for you to see, so you may answer in any way you like, however you like. You may even choose to not journal at all if you aren't ready for this step yet.
On Wednesday we will have some new journaling prompts.
The nice thing about journaling is as you progress in your daily practice, you can look back and see how far you have come.
