We have concluded our second week of meditation, if you are participating with journaling prompts, Grab your notebook, favorite pen, and beverage.
You can sketch, doodle, or write in your journal.
This week's prompts are
List some things you’ve done that you previously thought you could never do.
What is your favorite quote and why?
Remember, there are no wrong or right answers. Your journal is just for you to see, so you may answer in any way you like, however you like. You may even choose to not journal at all if you aren't ready for this step yet.
You can answer these questions daily if you like or you can think about them during the week and journal about them after you have completed your Sunday meditation or before you begin your Monday morning meditation.
