Today's episode is Intention to Be Happy. Setting intentions is an important part of our daily practice. Today we will work on setting the intention to be happy throughout the day.  Happiness isn't the absence of sadness or negative feelings.  To learn more about happiness, I am including a link to the article Happiness Isn’t the Absence of Negative Feelings.  Life doesn't have to be all love and light, sunshine and rainbows, but you can find your happiness in small things throughout the day to make it more enjoyable.
