Did you know meditation can help reduce the decline of cognitive functioning and is linked to larger amounts of gray matter in the frontal areas of the brain? It is also a good way to help manage your ADHD symptoms.
More than a third of adults with ADHD use mindfulness meditation practice, and about 40% give it high ratings, according to a 2017 survey by ADDitude magazine. According to Web MD.
I am also going to talk about the book “Change Your Schedule, Change Your Life”, which teaches you how to reset your circadian rhythm by using Ayurveda techniques to reset your sleep schedule and how it’s working for me. I will have a link for this also in the description below.
I have decided to change the format of my podcast. In order to better assist with setting up a daily meditation practice, I am going to be doing the same meditation for one (1) week intervals.
