In today's episode, I’ll go over the journal prompts again, and talk about next week's episode.
I have also been thinking about adding interviews to Sunday’s episodes. I will interview someone locally to me and ask them several questions and possibly spread them out over a month of Sundays. I thought though, I should probably answer the questions myself first since I don’t believe I have talked about myself very much or how I got here.

This week's prompts are
What basic needs are met in my life and what makes me grateful for each one?
What does it mean to me to be grounded? How can I bring the feeling of being grounded in my life?
Remember there are no right or wrong answers, your journal is just for you, you can work on the prompts all week, on Sunday after meditation or Monday before the new week meditation or not at all if this is something you aren't confident with.
Monday we will start working on our Sacral Chakra
