What is a goal you would like to set for yourself?
What is a step you can make towards that goal? (even if it's just the smallest step)
Remember there are no right or wrong answers. Your journal is just for you to see., so you may answer in any way that you like, however you like. You may choose to not journal at all if you aren’t ready for this step yet.
You can answer the questions daily if you like or you can think about them during the week and journal about them on Sunday after you have completed your meditation.
