Thank you for starting week 2 with me!

In today's episode, we will be adding an additional Pranayama technique, alternate nostril breathing, or Nadi Shodhana. 

I also talk about my journey with resetting my circadian rhythm.

Our schedule for the next 8 weeks

Week 3

I will add meditation for the Root Chakra.

I will shorten our breathing to add the chant for the root chakra into our 5 minutes

Week 4

I will add meditation for the Sacral Chakra

Week 5

I will work on both the Root and Sacral Chakra

Week 6 

I will add the Solar Plexus

Week 7

I will work on all 3 Chakras

Week 8

I will work on the Heart Chakra
