Brandon Staley and The Chargers take the Nuclear Option and Clean house with coaching! After the Chargers lost in the NFL Playoffs to the Jacksonville Jaguars, Brandon Staley's job was not at risk. Tom Telesco kept his seat easily too. However, two members of his coaching staff were let go: offensive coordinator Joe Lombardi and quarterbacks coach Shane Day were fired just two days after the loss. Initially, it appeared that only these two would be affected by the firings but that was proven very wrong very fast!
