Dr. Thomas Griggs joins me from Shoreline, Washington, the unceded ancestral homelands of the Duwamish. In this interview Dr. Griggs shares perspectives on personal transformation and action in the world and how to become an Epic Leader.
He began professional life as a marriage and family therapist and a clinical psychologist. Dr. Griggs studied transcendental meditation, clinical hypnosis, world religions, evolutionary astrology, chaos theory, past life regression, psychic practice and multiple schools of bodywork.
After facilitating personal transformation for 10 years, he turned his focus to working with organizations and groups, becoming an expert mediator, culture change guru and organizational turnaround artist, as well as the online course creator of Epic Leadership.
