God expects us to excel, He wants us to be exceptional in whatever we do. The Lord applauds excellence, He says "Well Done!" to what is exceptional. The gifts and talents God has given are to be put to use, it is either you use it or you lose it. God wants you to receive more so whatever opportunity you are given, make certain that you excel.
