In today's episode, I share about how I learned that feeling sadness is ok and that holding onto those feelings negatively impacts people around me. Essentially, I become irritable, distant, and bitchy with others.
I am grateful I can honor my feelings and calmly share with my loved ones how I am feeling with out hurting them in the process.
