Episode 1079 - I remember listening to this podcast as soon as it came out years ago. CT Fletcher is such a funny guy. He is a hard nosed hard worker and very inspiring. He's over training statement is among one of my favorite lines. He does follow it up, however, with a statement about getting proper rest and sleep. Evaluate your training regimen and your perceived exertion. If you have proper training technique and a well planned program, then push yourself to the fullest. Encourage good habits of recovery and you will be just fine.
