Description

A new study shows that intermittent fasting has no benefits over simple calorie restriction. There was no significant difference in the data linked between the two groups. Intermittent fasting is utilized to restrict your calories, but if you over eat during those meals, you will still gain weight or continue to remain the same weight. If you have ever attempted intermittent fasting I'm sure you have felt the benefits if you are able to maintain smaller meals during your eating window.
