In this episode, I’m addressing the Dominant Dogma: “It’s not safe to be myself.” I discuss how you are taught it’s not safe to be yourself, as well as why, right now, it may be safer in some spaces to follow that dogma. I also share candidly on my own experience of being on the receiving end of “tall poppy syndrome” and how I was taught over and over that it is not safe to be myself. Still, this episode offers hope as I give you practical suggestions on what living more of yourself and more of your freedom can look like, now.
