My guest in this episode, coach Matt Doherty, was a member of the UNC Tarheels 1982 national championship team, 2001 national coach of the year as head coach at Notre Dame.
Our conversation centered around leadership and adversity, something coach Doherty knows much about. He shares his experiences as the head coach at his alma mater, and the journey after that to rebound from that pain and find his passion as an executive and leadership coach.
We talked about the key skills necessary to be a good leader and the understanding that it is continuous learning process.
