Sometimes the inner child can represent you at a particular age or at a particular time in your past.
When we are working with self-care, the inner child is usually the part of you that did not receive adequate parenting, was neglected or traumatised in some way.
The inner child is usually the part of you that needs nurturing, love and care.
In this session you will meet your inner child.
