Description

In today's episode, I will tell you about a few lessons I learned from running around and getting muddy last weekend at a Tough Mudder Race.

Mudder Nation is great at two things, pushing you to do hard things, and driving teamwork into the events they run.  Everyone on the course is your teammate. Whether you know them or not.  Whether you run the race with a team of 20 or solo, you have hundreds of teammates on the course to help you.  It's the same in life. We are all trying to live the best life we can and get as far as we can.  But to reach our full potential, we need help from others. We cannot do it ourselves.  Now more than ever we need teamwork. We need people lifting other people up. We need people showing off their strength by lifting up others.  That's the call to action, Be the stronger person and lend a helping hand to someone in need.

If you found today's episode helpful, thought-provoking, or thought I did a good job, please share it with people you know and help the show grow.  On the same note if today's information was useful, implement it into your own life and get better.  That is the whole point of the podcast, giving you information to help you earn a good day.
