Description

Do you constantly hear people saying "New Year, New Me.", knowing that most people who say that will not make any progress towards that new version of themselves they desire? Or hearing the same new years resolution the last 5 years.   Most of the people who say that don't follow through with it.  However, every year there are those few people who do make the change.  When we meet them in person, we say, "So and so seems like a whole new person", or, " So and so really stepped it up."  The person is so entrenched in their new way of life, or they feel like a whole new person.  The crazy thing is... They are a whole new person.  Come along for a short conversation on how to make changes permanent.
