Well, folks, it has officially been one year since the podcast first started.  It was a whim that I didn't know would be such a part of my life and such a point of pride I have in myself.  I have released one episode every single week for 52 weeks in a row, and my original goal was only 26 episodes.  I doubled my original goal.  When I was younger, I had a lot of fears and have done a lot of work to overcome them, and trust that I can take care of myself.  Even when I have fear now, I don't cower from them, I stand up courageously and face them.  I have proven to myself time and time again that I am brave and courageous.  I showed my younger self that I got us now.  He doesn't need to be afraid anymore, even if we get scared.  In today's episode, we dive into why most of us fail our goals, and why the reason we truly wish to change is usually deeply rooted in who we are.  Yet, when we realize why we actually want to change, we can begin to act in a manner that will facilitate that.  Listen in and be prepared to do some introspection, go through a little difficulty, but come out the other side prepared to do what you need to do to succeed.
