Description

You're walking down the street one day and you start to feel your shoulders rise up and your fists clench.  You don't know why because just a second ago you were totally relaxed.  But now you notice a plastic bag fly by, there is a bug crawling on the bench near you, and you hear footsteps behind you.  You jump and spin around ready to fight at the surprise.  Then you look down and realize it's just your buddy trying to catch up to you.  You think to yourself "Man I was ready to knock this cat out and I didn't even think about it"  Our body has an immense influence on how we feel and think.  Yet our mind has a huge influence on how we feel in our bodies.  If we're happy, we have energy like a toddler, boundless and never-ending.  Yet, if we're sad or depressed, we can barely get out of bed for the day... Listen in and learn about this incredible connection we were all gifted with and how we can start to use it tp our advantage TODAY!
