Where you've been working on a project or taking a class, and you're no longer excited about it. when you first started you were full of sunshine and bursting at the seems with excitement. Yet, now it has become a chore, it is something you HAVE to do rather than WANT to do. Let's face it. If you could walk away you would. But you made a promise to yourself and maybe someone else that you would see this through and you would finish. How do we get through these times? That is the question we answer on today's episode!
This weeks recipe:
Pre-workout Oats
1/2 C quick oats
1/2 C whole milk (or milk of choice)
1.5T brown sugar
1/2 C fruit or berry of your choice
1/4-1/2 scoop of vanilla protein powder (optional)
Mix the oats and milk then microwave for 60-90 seconds
Mix in your protein powder
Add brown sugar and fruit on top and enjoy
