In this episode, I’m diving into one of the most important (and honestly, hardest) skills I’ve had to learn as a woman with ADHD: setting boundaries and learning to say no.

If you’ve ever felt like you’re carrying the weight of everyone else’s expectations while your own priorities get pushed to the side, you’re not alone. I share how I’ve been practicing clearer communication about who I am, what I value, and what I’m available for (both in business and in my personal life).

I also open up about my budgeting journey and how it’s forced me to take a closer look at where my time, money, and energy are really going. Saying no to things that don’t align with my long-term goals has been tough, but it’s also incredibly freeing!
