In this week’s episode, Amber takes time to recognize the recent tragedies in the United States around gun violence. She breaks down her own emotions and how she processes them. She takes us through step-by-step process of identifying, accepting, and releasing all of the feelings that come up for her both physically and mentally.

Amber encourages you to take time to take care of yourself in these moments, in order to move forward. Although you may feel hopeless, it’s still necessary to prioritize things that bring you pleasure.

She reminds us that life is 50/50 and we are designed to experience the entire emotional spectrum. When we find ourselves feeling beat down and hopeless and frustrated, it is that much more important to seek joy. When we seek it, we can continue to find and create more of it. This is how we heal.
