In this episode of Pleasure Starters, a podcast miniseries inviting you to tangibly create more pleasure in your life through pondering my questions, I ask: what are you not forgiving yourself for?

I find that most people view forgiveness as some noble act or that it requires you to be the bigger person, but really forgiveness is to stop feeling anger or resentment to someone or something. It's deciding not to let the emotions fester in you and instead acknowledge them and let them go. Forgiveness is always done for your benefit. 

In this episode I ask you to look at your life and see what you aren't forgiving yourself for - where are you harboring anger and resentment to yourself? I'm inviting you to examine it, process it, and let that pain go. How much space and capacity to experience more will open up for you once you forgive yourself?
