You probably are, as most of us were taught to "stop crying", "don't let them see you sweat", "put on a smile", etc. but most of us weren't taught to get familiar with our feelings and learn how to process them so we end up avoiding them. We buffer and numb out with other activities and feelings so we can escape the feeling we don't want instead of clearing space so we can seek and embody the feelings that we do want.
In this episode I give insight into how to tell if you are avoiding your feelings and some journal prompts so you can call yourself in, maintain a state of calm, connectivity, creativity, peace and pleasure, and feel how you want without anything weighing you down or holding you back.
