The Five Deep Crew is back together again.
Following is a summary of some of the topics we cover.
We start the episode by catching up with each member, and explaining where everyone was for episode three.
Then, we dive (five deep style) into first impressions. We touch on the importance of first impressions, have changes in 'societal norms' altered the significance of first impressions, etc.
The final segment of the show presents members of the crew the opportunity to introduce a topic for us to cover. Harmony challenged us to list one or two traits that are causing us to sabotage our own progress. This is an exercise that launches a discussion on self sabotage. Which can be an entire episode itself.
