When we hear the word "brokenness" in this world, it has a negative connotation, it's not a positive thing to be broken—no one prays for it. But in the Bible, we will see how God uses our pain and brokenness for His Glory.
That He meets us even in the darkest and messiest part of our lives.
That He is walking with us during suffering and He humbles Himself to show us that even God, Jesus Himself, experienced brokenness just to redeem and save us because we are sinful and helpless.
That He can make a brand new story and new beginning to our lives. He reminds and calls us that He is a God of comfort and a God of many chances where we can have a new identity in Him.
The blessing in the breaking is God Himself. Because during that painful season of yours, you'll know that only Him can satisfy you and mend every part of you that needs healing.
(In this episode we'll study the passage Genesis 32:22-32 "Jacob Wrestles with God" and how you and I can relate on what He experienced. Hope that you'll learn through this episode! Enjoy listening!)
