Description

Working in the corporate world, excelling in your studies as a student, and serving ministry can be fulfilling but at the same time exhausting. You were longing for the passion, drive, and motivation you once had, and the joy when you started.

This is for those people who were once on fire going to church, who once have their passion to do their goals in life and be in the ministry.
My heart is to reach out to those people who got burned out in the journey and being in the church for so many years, you've found yourself being obliged to do it just because you're pressured, you tried to look like the "good person", and you keep on proving yourself to people just to feel accepted and loved.

I know that it's not what God called us to do. "Yung mapagod sa work at pagseserve." So how to balance this life? The answer is "Rest." God is calling us to slow down and to have healthy boundaries for ourselves. When we pause and take a break, we trust in the Lord that He can do it—we are humbled that it's okay to be weak and to admit that we need help.

In this 7th episode of my podcast, I invite you to listen and reflect on your life, are you becoming a workaholic? Do you find your identity in the ministry? But are you also too full of yourself by just resting?
I've invited to discuss this episode with me by my ever-supportive-intentional-influencer online Christian friend, Ate Shamira Macoto, who's a teacher based in Hongkong and also a Sunday school teacher in their church!
Philippians 1:6; “being confident of this, that He who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus.” ✨
