I had a wide ranging conversation with Rae-Lyn Bodker.
Rae-Lyn is a health and wellness coach, along with being a busy wife, mom and stepmom. Growing up in a small town, Rae-Lyn was a cheerleader, multi-sport athlete, and graduated top of her class. After attending college on academic scholarship, she pivoted her pursuit of a degree in exercise and sports science, to become a mom.
A divorce in her late 20s led Rae-Lyn down a path of anxiety, depression, and other health issues. After battling those for well over a decade, Rae-Lyn discovered and began implementing a whole health approach that prioritized routines and building healthy habits. Once she uncovered the tools necessary to live a life with intentionality, she began coaching other women and moms to do the same.
In her free time, Rae-Lyn loves spending time with her family, traveling with her husband, playing sand volleyball, reading and scrapbooking. She enjoys all things seasonal, especially decorating her home for fall and Christmas!
