I talk about the Washington Post story about Heath Phillips who went AWOL after suffering from sexual assault in the Navy. After filing a complaint 49 days in a row, Heath went AWOL. Heath received a Other than Honorable Discharge. June 5th 2018, his discharge was upgraded to Honorable after the Navy reviewed his case for the fourth time!
