Home sales are doing well but there are some fundamental flaws in the market especially pertaining to a new home construction. Many of the regulations, rules, and actions of our elected officials can have huge consequences on the pricing and affordability of new homes. In this podcast I point out a few examples And implore everyone to keep an eye out and encourage everyone to fight burden some regulation that adds to the cost of homes which are already a lot less affordable than they used to be in the past.
