Today is a solo episode. I give you a little tour of the home office, talk about some book projects and then get into a topic that has been on my mind the past week.
We go over a recent interaction with a client and the other parties that didn't want to play nice. This leads into a conversation about Rule #3, Is This The Hill You Want To Die On?
Most of the time, it is silly to even go to battle on that hill. But, if you do, understand that there will be consequences. Pick your battles wisely.
