Episode 96 is a solo podcast.
Why a solo podcast? A couple reasons. I have some things on my heart that I honestly didn't need a guest to be involved. I also may have procrastinated, not booking studio time as well as reaching out with enough notice to some guest.
I spend the front of the episode going into some behind the scenes info about the podcast and what it was like in the early days up until now. For those looking to start a podcast, this will give you an idea of what I did wrong, what I learned and what I am doing now.
This leads into a banger of a talk about how getting things done is better than perfect.
Who are you trying to be? Why not be yourself and put the content out. Understand that those you admire were not always the polished machine they come across as now.
