This is the message I will be leaving on the Irish Census Form Time Capsule on 3rd April 2022. In 100 years from now people can explore these time capsules and hear the wise words of the people who went before them. My message is simple - pause and remember to play. The importance of play is an essential part of having a balanced mind.
