John Herzog is the Director of Business Development for Don Miller & Associates (aka DM&A) John's background and experience has been cultivated over 25 years of food service experience including holding positions from dishwasher to General Manager in the fine dining arena. From there, John embarked on a healthcare foodservice career in 2008 and was instrumental in process improvement initiatives, kitchen/café renovations, culture change initiatives, sustainability projects, and financial stability as a Food & Nutrition Service Director while overseeing multiple hospital campuses. Once a former client, John joined the team at DM&A in 2017 as a Culinary Success Coach. With DM&A, he has since assumed the roles of Culinary Lead, Project Manager, Interim Director and National Sales Director until his promotion in January 2022 supporting  the business development aspects for DM&A.
