Her father had fallen and been placed in a skilled nursing facility on the other side of the country. And due to pandemic restrictions, she couldn’t visit. So she did what everyone else did - embrace technology. She tells her experience of seeing her father in a very different light due to these conditions, and knew at that moment that she had to take action.
