There are two types of people, those who don't know how to handle stress effectively and react too easily to things. There are those who know how to handle stress in a more healthy manner and don't react as much to things that they can't control.

This is a spectrum however we want to become those people who know how to navigate stress with more ease, intention and therefore be healthier.
